DESCRIPTION
The Graves conservation easement of 1.83 acres is located near the Chimacum intersection of Beaver Valley Road. The conservation easement, from Jefferson Land Trust (JLT), protects a 50-foot buffer along 1,600 feet of East Chimacum Creek. Stream restoration and replanting was completed in 2003 and 2005 (see HWS projects #02-01-018, EF RM 0.73 Channel Improvements, and #02-05-047, EF RM 0.75 Riparian Planting and Fencing).
