Approximately 670 feet of Wildcat Creek runs through the Tucker property, providing habitat for chum, coho, resident trout, and steelhead. The primary concern at the property was the lack of biodiversity in the riparian area due to excessive pest pressure from English ivy and Himalayan blackberry. Weed removal and the installment of 935 riparian plants will help create a healthy and diverse riparian area that will provide shade and in-stream habitat for salmonids.
