Mid Puget Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group, in coordination with the landowner, will replace a fish passage barrier on an unnamed tributary to Puget Sound at Rose Point. Replacing the existing road crossing structure with a bridge will restore fish passage to 1.77 miles of habitat for chinook, coho, chum, steelhead, sea run cutthroat and resident trout. Moreover,  connection to historic embayment estuary will be restored by connecting unnamed stream through neighboring property to the North, also undergoing restoration.
