DESCRIPTION
On the Southwest corner of Silverdale Loop road in Silverdale WA, a small fish bearing stream (Strawberry Creek) runs under the road through a precast concrete culvert. The downstream end of the culvert flows into a flume that is high enough above the stream bed, that during normal and low flows, salmon cannot migrate upstream to access the upstream habitat.

The project is funded by the Kitsap SSWM utility for design and permitting in 2011 with proposed construction in 2014.
