DESCRIPTION

The south east corner of Dugualla Bay, east of Dike Rd was restored as part of a mitigation agreement between the Whidbey Camano Land Trust and the WDOT. The dike was breached in 2 places and the tidal connection reestablished. A new dike was constructed under the current Dike Rd. Freshwater riparian planting west of the dike is included in the project.
