Specifically, the assessment is targeting juvenile steelhead mortality, along with impacts to water quality and other juvenile and adult salmonids. The assessment takes a collaborative approach with partners including the Hood Canal Coordinating Council, Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Long Live the Kings, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Washington State Dept. of Transportation, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
