DESCRIPTION
The current landowner is working with the Jefferson Land Trust to donate a conservation easement on this roughly 50 acre parcel. The easement provides match for the restoration component of the Schinke Dike Removal and Channel Enhancement project, which aims to remove the existing dike structures and reestablish a properly functioning tidal channel network.
