DESCRIPTION
Include 1) project location, 2) overall goal, 3) primary habitat type, 4) priority (target) species, and 5) what will be acquired, restored, assessed, designed and/or inventoried. 1) Lower Quinault River floodplain (RM 14-RM 10). 2) The overall goal is to reduce knotweed species to maintenance levels in order to restore native plant communities. 3) The primary habitat types are riparian, off-channel, and wetland, 4) The priority species include coho, chinook, chum, steelhead, and 5) non-native knotweed will be surveyed and treated using approved herbicides by certified weed control crews.
