The objective of this project phase (21-1144) was to produce final design and final design deliverables for a replacement of two fish barrier crossings that will meet RCO Manual 18 final design deliverables and WDFW stream crossing design standards, and we/the sponsor has completed this objective. To complete the objective, the following was completed: quarterly workgroup meetings with project team, 60% design review with contracted engineer, 90% design review with contracted engineer, and phase 3 implementation agency funding engineer from USFWS. site visits,. This work included cultural resources compliance and planning (no ground disturbing activities took place during this phase). Permit application coordination has started and permit applications and securing permits will be completed in next phase. Sponsor organized and facilitated coordination and regular workgroup meetings with Quileute Tribe staff, Clallam County engineering staff, WDFW staff, USFWS staff, and other stakeholders to complete project deliverables.
