DESCRIPTION
The Wenaha River priority protection reach begins at its confluence with the Grande Ronde River and includes its tributaries. The Wenaha River is located in the state of Oregon with its tributaries originating in Washington. The Wenaha River drainage is nearly entirely located within the Wenaha Tucannon Wilderness and is considered a pristine salmonid habitat in Southeastern Washington; as a result few limiting factors have been identified. A primary limiting factor is habitat quantity.
