DESCRIPTION
Kellogg Creek is a tributary to the lower Tucannon River terminating near the town of Starbuck, WA. Kellogg Creek is designated as a minor spawning area for Snake River Steelhead. The headwaters originate in the Loess Islands of the Columbia Plateau and flow N to S. Potential limiting factors include low riparian function, poor bank stability, moderate to high sedimentation, low summer base flows, elevated water temperature, and monitoring data gaps (including fish use).
