DESCRIPTION
Water quality and quanity are a major contributer to impared conditions in the Middle Touchet River MSA. This project will conduct an irrigation efficiency project on the Dayton City Golf Course using reclaimed water from the Dayton City treatment facility. The course currently diverts water from the Touchet reducing stream flow. Water saved in this project would be left in the Touchet River to benefit instream flows.
