DESCRIPTION
The upper Mill Creek watershed is currently protected as a municipal water source of the cith of Walla Walla. Access to the watershed is restricted to minimize disturbance and protect water quality and as a result the watershed is in a pristine condition required by salmonids. Efforts are currently underway to improve fish passage to this reach. This effort is an ongoing colective project of the region to maintain restricted access to Mill Creek headwaters.
