DESCRIPTION
The Walla Walla Basin Instream Flow Enhancement Study (WWBIFES) is a followup effort to a previous study co-led by the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The goal of WWBIFES is to identify and implement a suite of synergistic flow restoration tools for the Walla Walla Basin within a coordinated programmatic framework. WWBIFES is funded by Washington's Office of Columbia River, and co-led by the Walla Walla Watershed Management Partnership and the Walla Walla Basin Watershed Council.
