DESCRIPTION
The Lower Touchet River downstream from its confluence with Wetstone Creek has become unstable and is encroaching on existing riparian forest buffers and adjacent cropland. The purpose of this project is to return this river reach to a more natural function to benefit the salmonid population that will allow the riparian vegetation to be re-established and protected.
