DESCRIPTION
The Walla Walla Fish Passage Assessment of public road crossings identified two road culverts presenting passage issues. A culvert owned by the Walla Walla County at Old Milton Hwy and one at 3rd St owned by the City of Walla Walla. Both culverts produce velocities which hinder fish passage. These barriers were identified as part of the WWCC Culvert Assessment. This project would design and implement modification in coordination with the appropriate entities for fish passage.
