DESCRIPTION
Irrigation efficiency has been one method applied by salmon restoration groups to increase instream flows for salmon migration, rearing and spawning. The Columbia Conservation district has conducted an efficiency project in the lower Pataha in which resulted in 0.635 cfs were saved and trusted for recovery efforts to remain in the river.
