A fish passage barrier has been suspected as a result of a developing head cut on Alkali Flat Creek. This project would investigate the severity of the fish barrier and determine a project design to rectify passage issues. The project could be in the form of a assessment and a flow up design build if it is determined that the head cut is in fact a passage barrier. This project has been identified as a long range priority based on the benefits of completing the project vs the cost of completing.
