DESCRIPTION
The Washington portion of Joseph Creek is classified as a priority protection reach, which experiences high water temperature low flow for salmonids. This project would work on WDFW properties to improve irrigation efficiencies trusting saved water to in-stream flow for improving habitat conditions. As a second objective will be to use the existing WDFW water right to water new riparian plantings.
