DESCRIPTION

The Kittitas County Conservation District (KCCD) proposes to work with the Cascade Irrigation District (CID) to address fish passage barriers at intersections of their canal with streams, as well as the unscreened diversion of their irrigation and stockwater rights from those streams. Final design and permitting for this project are included as part of 19-1721, Yakima Fish Passage Targeted Investment Projects. Implementation funding has not been secured as of September, 2020.
