The Chelan-Douglas Land Trust was honored to accept the bequest of 3.5 acres on the Wenatchee River as part of an environmental learning center when Lorene Young died at the age of 94. The property is between RM 24 - 25 and contains 0.1 miles of riverbank. This extraordinary donation is an incredible gift to the citizens of Leavenworth and the region.
