Work with the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, Cascade Orchard Irrigation District, Icicle and Peshastin Irrigation Districts, City of Leavenworth and private landowners to develop and implement projects to increase instream flows in Icicle Creek. Projects may include water acquisitions, water exchanges, and/or changes in point of diversion.
