DESCRIPTION
One or two V-shaped weirs will be used similar in design to the ones placed in the stream at the other five diversions that have been reconstructed to date. This diversion was thought to be abandoned under a prior ownership as one of the end users was in the fourth year of non-use. The property sold last fall and the current owner has improved the ditch and intends to use the diversion and the water right in the future. This is the last irrigation diversion in the main stem of Beaver Creek to be in need of reconstruction.
