Habitat restoration and stream bank stabilization project in Mission Creek, within the Wenatchee River watershed, Water Resources Area (WRIA) 45. This project is located at River Mile 1.2 in Mission Creek where the Icicle Irrigation Canal returns irrigation water to the stream.

The purpose of this project is to reduce stream bank erosion that is currently occurring at the project site due to the volume and velocity of water that periodically enters Mission Creek from the Icicle Irrigation canal. The water entering Mission Creek from the canal is causing erosion to the stream and canal banks. The erosion has caused down cutting in the stream channel, return canal and loss of property along the left bank.
