DESCRIPTION
Install roughened channel on Harris Creek to fix a perched culvert that is a barrier to fish passage. This project takes place near the intersection of Stossel Creek Road and NE 138th Place. A fish ladder was constructed years ago to allow fish passage. The fish ladder is no longer functioning as design and probably never allowed juvenile fish to more upstream.
