DESCRIPTION

The Woods Creek Watershed Habitat Conditions Report (Snohomish County) and the Woods Creek Action Plan for Riparian Restoration (Snohomish Conservation District) identify priority restoration actions for Woods Creek. Partners working in the watershed have formed the Woods Creek Working Group to coordinate high priority restoration activities. The Action Plan identifies a goal of 45 acres riparian restoration to meet the goal of 80% forest and wetland cover within 50 ft of the mainstem within the next 5 years (2013-2017).
