DESCRIPTION
Replace the perched culvert that is a barrier to fish passage on the East Fork of Weiss Creek. The existing culvert is a 48 inch CMP. the replacement culvert will be a 6 foot wide or greater 3 sided box culvert or a bridge. The fill over the culvert is deep and the road is a sole access road. Both factors increase the construction cost for the project.
