A fraction of the original 88 acres are proposed for protection as conservation easement outside of new UGA boundary. 43 Acres will be developed within Mill Creek MUGA boundary. Conservation Easement to be held by Snohomish County or 3rd party. Despite years-old agreement, site is not yet developed.
