DESCRIPTION

Fish Passage Improvements: Replace the culvert at 298th St. within Taylor Mountain Park, which is a partial barrier at low water and poses a significant risk of blowing out under high flows and causing a sediment plume. Remove road prism and restore channel and riparian area.
