DESCRIPTION
I215/I285: Anderson Property: Located at confluence of Issaquah Creek and East Fork Issaquah Creek. City has had discussions with the property owner about acquisition of the two parcels, which would add to Issaquah Creek Park.

Update: City of Issaquah completed purchase of this property in 2008 with funding assistance of a local Parks and Open Space bond. City will be proceeding with evaluating stream and riparian restoration options starting in 2009.

Update 12/2009: Park development and restoration planning will begin in the near future.

6/2013: Combined with I211 as 15.5 acre Confluence Park project. Phase I began in spring 2013 and includes park and trail features. Phase II focuses on restoring creekside areas.
