DESCRIPTION
Explore feasibility of passing large woody debris over Landsburg Dam.

Note 3/27/13: SPU has a policy of making the Landsburg dam transparent to large wood. The dam gates allow passage of most pieces of large wood that reach the dam. When it is not possible to pass large wood through the dam gates, the wood is removed and placed back into the river downstream of the dam. This is a policy decision made prior to 2009.
