DESCRIPTION
This project will restore a highly modified and confined portion of Boise Creek from RM 3.7 to 4.2 at the Enumclaw Golf Course to an historic channel against the base of a mature forested southeastern hillside.  The project aims to increase thermal protection, restore riparian habitat function and diversity and increase in-channel habitat and complexity and allow natural geomorphic processes to develop.  The project will also create off-channel refuge and reduce spawning disturbances and impacts from golf course activities.
