DESCRIPTION
The Land Trust proposes to permanently protect the lower 3 miles of Murray Creek, up to 500 acres, including Nisqually River off-channel wetlands, wetlands along Murray Creek, riparian habitat and uplands. The propertis are undeveloped but is zoned for rural residential development at one unit per 10 acres.
