DESCRIPTION

Restoration of tidal exchange at Keyport Lagoon, which was historically a small shallow estuary with a sand spit. The estuary was cut off from tidal exchange by construction of a dike and tide gate in 19xx(about 1960). This project is under study as mitigation for construction on naval facilities.
