DESCRIPTION
At this site, an old pump house and concrete check dam no longer in use ~20ft downstream from the road crossing exists. The dam has a 1.2ft outfall onto a flume 2ft long and is a fish passage barrier. WFC did not get to walk the entire channel upstream to the crossing on Indianola Road but checked the stream at several locations and no fish were observed at the time of the survey. These are ruins of an old pump house and concrete check dam that was used as a water supply. It is no longer in use and the dam is a fish passage barrier. This project was identified by the Wild Fish Conservancy Watertype Assessment Project Summary, West Sound Watersheds Phase I.
