The potential project is located within Case Inlet. The project proposes to remove a rock and tire bulkhead and invasive plants from the spit. Another goal is to remove concrete abutments from the creek channel. This project was identified by the 'Strategic Identification of Areas and Projects for Nearshore Restoration throughout Key Peninsula-Gig Harbor-Islands Watershed, WRIA 15, Washington' report prepared by the South Puget Sound Salmon Enhancement Group. These identified projects will be presented for funding consideration to the Lead Entity and other stakeholders.
