DESCRIPTION

The potential project is located within Vaughn Bay, Case Inlet. The project proposes to remove a rock bulkhead from the toe of a forested bluff. This project was identified by the 'Strategic Identification of Areas and Projects for Nearshore Restoration throughout Key Peninsula-Gig Harbor-Islands Watershed, WRIA 15, Washington' report prepared by the South Puget Sound Salmon Enhancement Group. These identified projects will be presented for funding consideration to the Lead Entity and other stakeholders.
