DESCRIPTION
From the mouth of the creek, under Goodnough Dr. & upstream. The project would replace multiple culverts & restore mouth of creek.

Under Goodnough Drive, replace two fish passage barrier culverts, due to outfall (5 ft drop from DS invert to streambed) and slope. At 144th St. and 51st Ave. Ct.: Potential fish passage barrier due to slope break; undersized. At 141st Court NW & 52nd Ave.: Undersized, potential flooding hazard; potential fish passage barrier due to slope, separation of sections of pipe. At 54th Ave.: Potential fish passage barrier due to slope break, skew causing bank erosion at DS end, 9' drop from DS apron to streambed.
