The project will restore natural treatment functions to reduce nutrient loading and improve flow rates by increasing infiltration in Oak Harbor, the only urban watershed in the County.
The project will complete the Freud Marsh improvements including a trails network and interpretive center to educate public about stormwater, water quality and wetland issues.
