DESCRIPTION

512 acres of land protected from becoming a 700-home planned community through a joint purchase from several entities. The Port of Coupeville purchased 151 acres of open farmland and wetland. The forest on the north side of property was purchased by Island County. Forest on the west side of Highway 525 were purchased by the Nature Conservancy and Island County.
