DESCRIPTION
In 1999, the 300 acre Iverson propery was purchased by Island County as open space through the Conservation Futures program. The property is located on the southwestern edge of Livingston Bay on the northeast section of Camano. 120 acres are farmland and marsh created from intertidal marsh in th 1940s; the remaining 180 acres are upland forest.
