DESCRIPTION

The Zimmerman conservation easement protects 28 acres of waterfront and upland near Clinton. In addition to the family home, only one other residence can be built in an area that does not affect wildlife habitat or scenic views. The protected propoerty is adjacent to a popular bicycle and walking trail on south Whidbey. This easement protectes forest , agricultural land, waterfront, and wildlife habitat.
