DESCRIPTION

Purchase of 12 acres of land which includes 4 acres of wetlands and 8 acres of upland forest. Property extends from intersection of Scott and Newman Roads to Double Bluff Road. A additional 26 acres of adjacent land were donated by Virginia Boot with the stipulation that the land should be protected as natural habitat.
