The Adopt A Stream Foundation (in partnership with the Conservation District) completed the following projects on Quade and Maxwellton Creeks: Delp Property: replaced an undersized culvert with a fish passable culvert; installed gravel in the culvert and up/downstream.  Scoles Property:  removed a fish barrier culvert, replaced the crossing with a bridge (section of the old HWY 2 Trestle), restored underlying stream channel for fish use.  Campbell Property: removed a undersized perched culvert and replaced it with a fish passable culvert; installed gravel inside the new culvert and restored the channel up and downstream of the new stream crossing.  Baldwin Property: Removed a fish barrier culvert and replaced it with a fish passable culvert; installed gravel inside the new culvert and restored the channel up and downstream of the new stream crossing. The adjacent riparian zones of all the projects outlined above were planted with appropriate native vegetation.
