DESCRIPTION

This project includes the acquisition and permanent protection of 57 acres of nearshore and marine riparian habitat in Saratoga Pass. The project tract includes 31 acres of upland adjacent to 2000 ft of feeder bluff, 2 streams and 27 acres of tideland. The project will contribute to recovery of Puget Sound Chinook salmon and bull trout populations (ESA listed species). The property currently contains 434 ft of creosote hardshore armoring that will be removed.
