DESCRIPTION
Barrier riffle design and feasibility project to mitigate for and improve low flow fish passage conditions in the lower river. Explore the use of low-tech Process Based Restoration that might be easier to permit than conventional construction in the regulated floodway and accomplished using WCC crews instead of machinery.
