DESCRIPTION

This program will build & support increased capacity for habitat project sponsors, additional coordination with the Puget Sound Partnership, develop funding strategies, and further ESA recovery efforts. This will allow for funding diversification, increased project design and implementation, all of which will quicken recovery efforts. This meets all objectives (I through ix) for non-capital projects.
