DESCRIPTION
This site is on Lee's Creek, which flows into the Straits of Juan de Fuca near Port Angeles. The culvert is 67% passable. The stream was walked by WDFW in 2000. The first upstream total barrier is an old abandoned log road with a mostly buried culvert 0.11 miles upstream. If this is corrected the habitat gain would be 0.31 miles. Coho present to site, SR Cutthroat asumed present, Steelhead blocked at US 101 fishway barrier (scheduled for fix 2008).
