DESCRIPTION

This project involves the replacement of an undersized, barrier culvert on an unnamed tributary to Pearson Creek (tributary to Clallam River) on the Sadilek property. The culvert will be replaced with an eight-foot by 40-foot pipe to allow for fish passage. This unnamed tributary enters Pearson Creek shortly before Pearson Creek enters the Clallam River, approximately two miles upstream of the stream mouth (WRIA 19). This project will allow for access to approximately 440 meters of upstream habitat for coho, chum, steelhead, resident trout and searun cutthroat.
