DESCRIPTION

The Jefferson Land Trust (JLT) easement on Eaglemount protects 6 acres of riparian habitat along Chimacum Creek and 1300 feet of salmon spawning and rearing habitat. This easement prevents use or activity that would impair the conservation values. The conservation values of great importance are fish habitat, wildlife habitat, scenic quality, and educational and scientific opportunity.
